Our past experiences with the sales team for the past 6 years has been just okay. Mo Elkhatib listened to what I had to say about some of my past frustrations. He promised that this time would be different. Mike Alder reached out to me and he listened to what I had to say. It is refreshing when a General Sales Manager such as Mike, actually engages in meaningful conversation, listens and then absolutely follows through with his promise. None of this would have occurred if Mo had not embraced the same approach. Upon arrival at the dealership, Harry Gianos continued to deliver on the promise and the entire buying experience of a new X5 was a productive and efficient 3 1/2 hours. With this culture, Bill Jacobs as now earned my trust not only from the service aspect but with the sales team as well. Well done Mike to you and your team. And a special thanks to Harry and Mo. More

I can go into the specific experience but I’ll sum it up on a higher level. The dealership has some individuals or an individual that does not want anything to do with you (sales) if you aren’t positive t on a higher level. The dealership has some individuals or an individual that does not want anything to do with you (sales) if you aren’t positive that you’re going to buy a car from them and give them/him commission. These client advisors don’t make anything if they don’t sell and since they’ve been struggling with the closures and restrictions they’re short on time so they don’t have time to waste on you if you aren’t all in. The Coronavirus has everyone walking a tight rope. If that’s your excuse so be it Won’t go into any details but just know that this actually is your typical dealership. The dealership now employs more good than bad from what it was but the bad that are there can’t be seen since the dealership has been doing numbers since the new guy came into town from laurel (which I still believe is a better dealership by the way slightly despite the numbers and what you see) How they’re getting straight 5’s on dealerrater is beyond me than again thats standard practice to tell customers to do that when they’re riding the high of such a large purchase. The brand sells itself...these guys don’t have that much skill and I doubt they live and really care about what bmw means let alone the customer when there time and numbers are crunched. There is a corporate dealership vibe going there is more passion in financing and wanting to get the deal done than the actual car...the brand and it’s cars are slowly becoming gutless and as corporate as its employees. This is a trend everywhere now but I just had to live it here. This is a thought out review from someone with high standards that knows bmw’s aka the product, history, and customer service and how things should be. This dealership contains an employee by the name of Russ Millard who will passively disrespect the heck outta you it’s ok I guess when you’re 48 and have had a failed basketball career that never began you start selling cars like Marcus fizer he fared a little better though More

I live in St. Louis, so the purchase originated online and required quite a bit of extra choreography due to the distance and the pandemic. I had actually been in contact with several other auto dealers in the Chicago area prior to dealing with Bill Jacobs BMW, and for a variety of reasons had really disappointing experiences with each. In contrast, from the moment I contacted Khalil he understood what we were trying to accomplish and did everything within his power to help us. Khalil was, without fail, upbeat, courteous, helpful and professional. When I inadvertently attempted to contact him on a day he was off, he trackeddown the message from home and called me back. I asked alot from him during this process, including getting the vehicle inspected at Naperville Automotive. Khalil was patient, understood our situation, cheerfully obliged and consistently communicated with us every step of the way. If I am honest, I became slightly suspicious because he was so positive and so helpful compared to my other experiences, I thought, “There must be a catch”. There was not, He is just that good. I had not dealt with Bill Jacobs BMW prior to this interaction. I have purchased two BMWs from other Chicago dealers in the past. My experience with Khalil and Bill Jacob’s BMW was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had and 99.9% of that statement can be attributed to Khalil Guisse. I particularly appreciate that we were treated as well as we were, not because we were buying an $80,000 BMW, but while making a much more humble purchase (which was just as momentous for my daughter as this was her first vehicle purchase). To my mind this speaks volumes about the quality of Bill Jacobs BMW. I would not hesitate to give Bill Jacobs BMW and Khalil Guisse my highest recommendation! More

I purchased a 2020 X7 from Bill Jacobs BMW using Bill Earnest. My experience was terrific. We communicated mostly through email and text messaging. Mike Adler also helped a lot through the process. I was a bit concerned at first that something would fall through cracks by not being in front of them. They made the process simple and straight forward. I traded my Range Rover in. They received a number from their source for the trade in value. They subsequently received a lower number by about 10%. They acknowledged their mistake but stood by the higher number. This dealer stands for integrity, honesty and making the experience a pleasant one to say the least. When I picked up the X7 they made it quick easy and in these health safety times very safe. I have only the best things to say about Bill, Mike and the entire team at at Bill Jacobs. More

We started viewing a car in early March and finalized our purchase in mid May. Through out this period our main communication was via email (for obvious reason - Coronavirus). It worked out very well and I think both sales and customer are happy. One minor thing - It took so long to go through the paper work process with Finance (waited long time until Finance is ready and took long time in his office to finish the paperwork). We were not impressed with Finance guy (feel like he is doing his job for the sake of doing the job, no smile, he is no non-sense). We felt like we are not welcome in his office (you could say we are too sensitive). More
