I wasn’t planning on buying a BMW. So I have to say that I had a Mercedes. I loved my Mercedes’s and was planning a trading to a Mercedes’s SUV. I checked them out but wasn’t particular So I have to say that I had a Mercedes. I loved my Mercedes’s and was planning a trading to a Mercedes’s SUV. I checked them out but wasn’t particularly impressed with the service I received or the cars I was looking at so I figured I would just go and see what BMW had to offer. I was blown away with the service and the car. Russ was the salesman that I worked with and he was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. He took us on a test drive on their private track and showed us what the car could do. I was blown away and instantly forgot why I wanted a Mercedes to start. After working with him and Terry the manager I ended up walking away very happy with a brand new BMW. I was happy they worked with me financially and got me into the exact car I wanted. Easy, Trustworthy and Quick I had researched the BMW I wanted extensively. While Bill Jacobs didn't have the exact model I was looking for, I did find a model that would work for I had researched the BMW I wanted extensively. I worked with Russ Millard on the sales side and he was super responsive, honest and worked hard to get me a great deal on the car. He was very knowledgeable on the car and all the features and explained it well. I pushed back pretty hard on the price and he was patient throughout the process. When we agreed on a price I went in to sign everything and told Russ I had a limited time frame and needed to be done within an hour. He stuck to the time frame and had me in and out even earlier than expected with everything completed. I would happily buy another car from Russ Millard and Jacobs BMW if the need ever arises. More

During finance sign-off we were offered couple of extended warranties, since we had a recent issue with one of cars, we did signup for them (after thought we cancelled them, no pressure from dealer to change our mind). Had to take the care into service for a small software issue and service was pleasant experience as well. Got a loaner quickly and the issue was taken care. I would recommend to all my friends Bill Jacobs. More
