Bill Jacobs BMW offers the top class sales and service/maintenance experiences. I am certain almost every car buyer wants to purchase their dream car at the lowest cost possible and the process to that can be very troublesome. As a car enthusiast, I look at cars every day. A couple months ago, my wife and I decided to get rid of my MB C450 AMG to replace with bigger size SUV not only because we're planning a baby, but she just hated it. We already own X3 that another BMW wasn't our option until we had the worst car shopping experiences with other dealers. Assume it's a common to have one of those worst car shopping experiences so I won't go in details. Anyways, then I found X6 on Bill Jacobs' website and reached out to Bill Ernest, who I was working with to get M4 months ago. We service our X3 through Bill Jacobs and the service adviser Deanna who became our friend, she no longer works there, referred Bill Ernest as the greatest sales consultant to work with. During the process of reaching my target on X6, every single communication with Bill Ernest and Mike Alder, GSM, was meaningful. They always came back with my requests fulfilled until I met my target. This is by far the first and best car buying experiences I've ever dealt with. As a buyer, it is very hard to understand details within the contracts so we can only rely on the dealers transparency. Every dealer has a great collection of cars but not every one shows "TRANSPARENCY" Whatever the make and model could be, you are about to spend tens and thousands of dollars on your next dream car. Especially if you are living in the greater Chicago area and looking to purchase BMW or even any other pre-owned, MUST look for Bill Ernest and Mike Alder at Bill Jacobs BMW. You'll probably spend a lot of times on the road driving your vehicle that isn't just moving you from point a to z.
