Best Car Dealer Experience I have been leasing BMWs for several years now (1 series, 2 series, 3 series) and wanted to move into an X3 for my next lease. I was a little nervous I have been leasing BMWs for several years now (1 series, 2 series, 3 series) and wanted to move into an X3 for my next lease. I was a little nervous having never been an SUV driver but Russ really put me at ease and was wonderful on our test drive. I felt he really personalized the experience to our needs and was extremely professional. Generally I hate car dealers and the whole experience but working with Russ was absolutely fantastic!! He seemed less salesman and more honest, humble and professional than anyone we had ever worked with previously. He also made the process super quick which was appreciated. Russ is top notch and I’m so excited about my new ride!! More
