Very satisfied Bought a new 2018 440 convertible. First BMW I ever owned. Loved the vehicle, but it had an intermittent electrical problem which the service depart Bought a new 2018 440 convertible. First BMW I ever owned. Loved the vehicle, but it had an intermittent electrical problem which the service department could not duplicate when it was in for service. Problem was resolved when dealership replaced the vehicle with a new 2019 vehicle identical to the 2018 vehicle. I could not be happier, Bill Earnest was my salesman and he did a fantastic job for me and helping to get the issue resolved. Bill will be my salesman of choice for future purchases. Everyone working with the issue, both Jeff,s in service and managers up the line at Bill Jacobs were all great. Would give them all the highest rating I can give. More

Good experience I made two trips to Bill Jacobs BMW. One to test drive. One to purchase. Both times I worked with Kelly Donky as the salesperson. She was very pro I made two trips to Bill Jacobs BMW. One to test drive. One to purchase. Both times I worked with Kelly Donky as the salesperson. She was very professional and didn't try to BS me. The vehicle I was looking at was a trade in and she wasn't super knowledgeable about it since it wasn't BMW, so we learned what it had to offer together. The GM met me when I walked in the first time and was very pleasant. It was a very calm feeling in the store as opposed to a few others I visited. He also met me on a return visit a few days later and even remembered my name. The only negative is the vehicle I purchased only had one key with it and I didn't learn that till I was accepting the car. But, when I asked about it, the manager said they would try to contact the previous owner and see if they still had it. Overall, a really good experience. More
