Great Experience...Great Team!! I expected the worst going in because of a bad experience I had with the dealership several years ago. I mentioned this to Russ and he said he was go I expected the worst going in because of a bad experience I had with the dealership several years ago. I mentioned this to Russ and he said he was going to make sure that did not happen again and boy did he deliver. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. Russ was very patient and he took the time to answer all of my questions, even when I asked them more than once. There was none of the typical salesman tactics or back and forth negotiating. Russ was upfront and transparent about pricing and made sure I understood everything. Never once did I feel pressured to sign a deal I was not comfortable with. Working with him was like sitting and chatting with a friend that made sure you were being taken care of. And the great service did not end once the deal was done. I had an issue a few days later and I contacted Russ. He made sure everything was promptly taken care of, again with no hassle. Definitely recommend working with Russ and the Bill Jacobs Team. More
