Once the decision was made a few quick emails solidified the features and deal. Car was ordered promptly. It was a factory order. A few weeks later car was on site. Spent some time with the “Genius” to learn what was new, then finance to sign some paperwork, shook Bill’s hand goodbye and I was on my way in my sweet new X5. More

Khalil Guisse, the sale representative, was exceptionally helpful as he kept contacting me wit I had the best experience buying my brand new BMW 530e. Khalil Guisse, the sale representative, was exceptionally helpful as he kept contacting me with inventory updates since I made my first online inquiry about 3 weeks prior to my purchase as my work schedule is very hectic. During my test drive, the whole team was very professional, and Khalil spent an ample amount of time showing me me all the options available in their dealership, in other dealership in IL and other states and even the cost of a costume made 530e with every single detail that I requested. He gave me quotes for all these multiple cars/options and applied discounts to all these cars. They took me twice for a test drive in their small testing track which was an awesome experience as you will have the chance to experience the true driving experience of a 5 series BMW. The sales manager, Mike Alder, was very helpful too. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I’m very happy with my brand new BMW 530e as it gives me a great mpg, it’s very quite and reasonably powerful with special attention to luxurious features. I drive for an hour to Bill Jacobs BMW because they were very accommodating during my online inquiry giving me a great initial prices and then they very helpful and supportive in applying all the possible discounts to end up with a great car at a great price.
