The BMW Genius Nic Cortelini was extremely knowledgable about the car and walked me through all its features and settings. Both Bill and Nic had been very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Also, as fellow BMW electric car owners, they shared with me great tips on insurance, charging, and maintenance. Great Sales support Mo was a Great sales professional. He knew about my soon to be acquired Porsche Macan S and answered lots of questions. He also took some cell phones that were very nice, as they are Normal shots and different than the typical ones always seen on the internet. Enjoyed working with him and the finance guy - who also flew right through the process. We were in and out - but he was thorough not rushed - just didn’t take forever as sometimes it does. Definitely look for him when you go in there but you really can't go wrong because everyone was nice to me. Omer gave me his number and told me to contact him if I had any questions. Even after the car was sold he helped me out when I had problems. Rob Trax the Sales Manager had the car looked at again and they discovered a crack in the valve cover. I was extremely stressed out at the time because a mechanic had given me a $2200 estimate the day before. The mechanic had told me the control arms were bad and had to be replaced too. Rob and the technician showed me around the car and cleared up a lot of my concerns and questions. They fixed the valve cover for free and I can't be more grateful. Best customer service I have ever received especially from Omer and Rob. Thank you Bill Jacobs BMW. More
