Very good service Took my car in for warranty work. They were very busy but still hustled to get me in. The foreman took me over and we inspected the car together which Took my car in for warranty work. They were very busy but still hustled to get me in. The foreman took me over and we inspected the car together which alit of places don't like to do. Also went on a test drive together to try figure out the complaint I was telling them about. Previously took it to Westmont bmw and they told me they test drove the car and there was nothing wrong with it. This dealer ship found that my brakes were bad and they replaced it under warranty along with other things they found and replaced. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is the turnaround time. I understand that they gave me a loaner so it wasn't as big of a deal but they had the car for about close to a week and a half. All in all it was a very good experience. More
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! RUNAWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I HAD 535 SERIES 2012 FROM PATRICK BMW, WHEN MY OWNERS CHOICE PLAN HAD 1 MORE MONTH TO END, I DECIDE TO GO TO THIS PLACE SINC RUNAWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I HAD 535 SERIES 2012 FROM PATRICK BMW, WHEN MY OWNERS CHOICE PLAN HAD 1 MORE MONTH TO END, I DECIDE TO GO TO THIS PLACE SINCE IS CLOSER TO MY HOUSE TO LOOK FOR NEW CAR AHEAD AND BE READY, BUT END UP NOT ONLY LOOKING BUT CONVINCED BY SALES PERSON HERE TO GET WORRY FREE BRAND NEW 640 BMW, 2016 BUT THIS TIME ON LEASE FROM THIS PLACE. WHEN WE MADE THE DEAL THEY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT MY 5 SERIES, AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT I WILL NOT OWN ANYTHING FOR THAT CAR FOR RETURNING IT ON AUGUST 1ST, INSTEAD OF SEPTEMBER 1ST. I WAS TOLD BY THEM, THAT BMW FINANSIAL SERVICES WILL ONLY SEND ME BILL FOR 600$ WEAR AND TEAR ON THE REAR TIRES, BUT THOSE WILL BE COVERED BY B. JACOBS AND WITHIN FEW DAYS CHECK WILL BE MAILED TO ME TO BE ABLE TO COVER THAT BILL WHICH I WILL RECEIVE FROM BW FINAN. SERVICES. 1 MONTH LATER I DIDNT RECEOVED ANY CHECK FROM B. JACOBS, AND ON TOP OF THAT I RECEIVED BILL FROM BMW FINAN. SERVICES FOR WOOPING 2,179.29$ (600$ FOR TIE WEAR AND TEAR AND 1579.29$ FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE RETURNED 5 SERIES) AND OFCORSE MY PAYMENT FOR THE NEW LEASED CAR IS GOING ON AS WELL. SINCE THEN NOW ITS 2.5 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE THE NEW CAR I AM CHASING THIS PEOPLE FOR SOLUTION, BUT EVERYTIME I CALL I AM TRANSFERED TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE, AND THAN SOMEBODY HUNG UP. I HAD A CHANCE 1 TIME TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER WHO ASK FOR MY NUMBER AND TOLD ME TO DO RESEARCH AND WILL CALL ME BACK, BUT 2 WEEKS NOW NO RETURN CALL. TODAY AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS I GOT CONNECTED WITH SALES MANAGER DAREN, WHO PROMISED AGAIN TO DO RESEARCH AND WILL CAL ME BACK, SO LETS SEE HOW LONG WILL TAKE AGAIN. WILL ADVISE.... BUT ANYWAY, IF YOU DONT WANNA BE SCREWED UP, JUST RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. AND RUN FAAAASSST! More
RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS My wife took her car in and was charged $1067.00 in labor for 2 hours worth of work. Bleeding brakes, flushing engine, lightbulb and an oil change an My wife took her car in and was charged $1067.00 in labor for 2 hours worth of work. Bleeding brakes, flushing engine, lightbulb and an oil change and replacing a belt is not worth that time. Mo was degrading to my wife and very racist towards a female. In addition, I contacted the dealership afterwards to dispute the labor costs and discuss them, no return phone call except from Mo to my wife. She does not want to talk to him. Other BMW dealerships charge per hour for labor, $322 in labor costs to replace a belt that took 30 minutes is ridiculous. My wife was there only 2 hours!!!! More

Crooks! What they offered me on my car as a trade in bordered on theft! I called 2 other BMW dealerships and checked with 2 other online sites to get a true v What they offered me on my car as a trade in bordered on theft! I called 2 other BMW dealerships and checked with 2 other online sites to get a true value price on the car. This is the old bait and switch at work. After you think you are getting a good deal on the car you want to buy they will try any rob you on your trade in car. This is not someone complaining about the trade off set in tax savings which understandably means you get less in trade in value. No this is lying to customers about the value of their cars by thousands of $ in order rip them off. Not what one excepts from BMW! More

Lindsey has provided me with excellent customer service and I trust her service recommendations, which can be overwhelming to someone who isn't mechanically inclined.
