My sales person Bill Earnest helped me locate and secure the only car in the U.S. that fit my descriptions, and had it delivered to Naperville within a week, saving me a 2-month wait for a special order from Germany. The BMW Genius Nic Cortelini was extremely knowledgable about the car and walked me through all its features and settings. Both Bill and Nic had been very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Also, as fellow BMW electric car owners, they shared with me great tips on insurance, charging, and maintenance. They drive a hard bargain on price (who doesn't), but I'm pleased with the outcome. I'll be back. They do need to improve their free car wash experience, it pales as compared to Lexus across the street. More
