I have purchased more than my fair share of cars over the years and approached the dealership expecting the typical dealership sales process. I have to say this ended up being the most pleasant car purchasing experience I have ever had. I was immediately introduced to Russ Millard and he truly cared about nothing else than finding the right vehicle for my wife that checked all the boxes. He was consultative, professional, and added a touch of class to the experience. The actual purchase process was fast and smooth. There was hardly any waiting time between signing the paperwork, being escorted to finance, and then to the awaiting spotless X5 and a personal overview of all the cars functions by one of their tech geniuses.
