Best Dealearship Hands Down! I have bought/leased 9 luxury vehicles over the past 22 years and this was BY FAR my best overall experience!! Bill Earnest was my sales person. He l I have bought/leased 9 luxury vehicles over the past 22 years and this was BY FAR my best overall experience!! Bill Earnest was my sales person. He listened carefully to what I was looking for. He pointed out key features that mattered to me during the test drive - he didn't just give me his "stock" presentation - he focused on my needs. He quickly realized that I needed to custom order my 2019 X3 to include everything I wanted, and exclude things that were not important to me. The pricing negotiation went smoothly and I was very pleased with the final price of the vehicle. Rob Trax was the manager on that day and he was very helpful and kind as well. On the day of delivery, Amir in finance was amazing - very easy to complete the normally painful paperwork - very much appreciated. For this lease, in addition to Bill Jacobs, I had visited a couple of Mercedes dealers in the Chicago area looking at the GLC 300 and another BMW dealer looking at the X3- let me just say that these other dealerships treated me like I knew nothing about car buying and tried to inflate lease prices, were not transparent with key factors in a lease such as residual price and money factor. From start to finish everyone in this dealership treated me with respect and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Bill Earnest truly cares about his customers and is second to none! The best car I've owned. The best service I've experienced. I love my BMW. After 6 years/41k miles, it performs like brand new. The service department is great. It's great dealing with the same person with each visit. I go twice a year to have them swap between winter wheels/tires and summer wheels/tires, plus whatever maintenance is due. He knows me. He knows my car. I trust him. I've had bad experiences at other dealers, doing poor work and making poor service recommendations. Admittedly, the car and service cost more, but I trust their service department to do exactly what is needed and nothing more to keep my car performing properly, even oil changes. I always get a loaner, so the service visits are convenient. Scheduling appointments is easy online. More

Don Pawlik one of the best I took my 2011 X3 to Bill Jacobs BMW for a waterpump issue, and tie rod issue. At both times I was working with Don Pawlik and he is very responsive and notified me of all the things that I still need done to have my wife's car running again like new.
