You know who can make it better when you’re super annoyed that someone dinged your car and didn’t take responsibility? And you had to pay for it yourself? And it happened one week after you got your brand ne that someone dinged your car and didn’t take responsibility? And you had to pay for it yourself? And it happened one week after you got your brand new car last year and you’ve looked at it every day since? Dean can!! I was not definitely NOT happy but from the moment I came in to the service area I was impressed by the efficiency with which I was greeted and the professionalism of all the staff I met. I was due for an oil change but when I got there, Dean noticed the ding right away (which has bothered me for over a year now) and told me it could be fixed that day. I got to walk around my car when it was on the lift and hit a tour of what I was looking at and what they were going to do. I didn’t like having to pay for someone else’s irresponsible actions but the service I received today was top-notch. And the fact that Dean loaned me a SUPER SWEET ride while they fixed my car made it even better. Thank you, Dean. You are a great face for Bill Jacobs BMW. More

I began working with Harry Gianos at Bill Jacobs BMW before the 2021 M440i was even available. After a test drive, I was ready to move forward in November and was prepared to order my vehicle.
