Alex was so friendly, honest, knowledgeable and even explained to me the services my car needs where no one else can explain to me via their 800 number when I called. This is the first time i recieve a good advice from a service advisor. Great experience and easy scheduling. I would never look for other dealership, this is the dealership!!! Highly recommended. The best car I've owned. The best service I've experienced. I love my BMW. After 6 years/41k miles, it performs like brand new. The service department is great. It's great dealing with the same person with each visit. I go twice a year to have them swap between winter wheels/tires and summer wheels/tires, plus whatever maintenance is due. He knows me. He knows my car. I trust him. I've had bad experiences at other dealers, doing poor work and making poor service recommendations. Admittedly, the car and service cost more, but I trust their service department to do exactly what is needed and nothing more to keep my car performing properly, even oil changes. I always get a loaner, so the service visits are convenient. Scheduling appointments is easy online. More

At both times I was working with Don Pawlik and he is very responsive a I took my 2011 X3 to Bill Jacobs BMW for a waterpump issue, and tie rod issue.
