I have owned my Mini just under 6 years and it was out of warranty. My transmission was acting up on me on a Saturday and I was unable to drive my car any longer. I called and left Mitch Shefveland a message 15 minutes before he was due to start work. Mitch returned my call 5 minutes later, 10 minutes before his start time!! I am out of their service range so he told me to get my car towed in and he would have a loaner car for me when I arrived. It turned out I was going to need a NEW transmission!😳 Mitch reached out to Mini and between Mini and the dealership I received a goodwill offer to replace my Mini transmission for a GREATLY reduced price. I am feeling so thankful right now! I have Mitch Shefveland to thank for this. My next car I buy will more than likely be a Mini and Mitch is the reason why! Every time I have had to receive service on my car Mitch has gone way above and beyond my expectations! Mitch Shetland deserves a HUGE raise! More
