When I arrived, Mitch remembered my face (and name) and motioned for me to come work with him. "I'm your rep" he said with a smile. His is ALWAYS so patient explaining aspects of my car and servicing, even explaining twice if I still don't understand. He remembers, respects, and values his clients. He understands how the bond between a Mini and their owner is strong and solid, and he extends that same commitment to the customer. Mitch Shefveland the dealership Service Advisor was very helpful in answering all of my questions and kept in touch with me on daily basis to keep me informed as to the status of my vehicle. I have owned my luxury vehicles in my 49 years but mini customer service definitely is one of the best. During the pandemic I have worked from home. With my work load being overloaded I didnt have the tim customer service definitely is one of the best. During the pandemic I have worked from home. With my work load being overloaded I didnt have the time to get my flat tire to the dealer. I called mini customer for the tow. They picked my vehicle up and took it to the dealer. Mitch contacted me after my car arrived all the while he kept me constant contact until the return of my vehicle. I used their texting app to pay my balance -it was simple. My car was washed and vacuumed. Thank you Mini, Bill Jacob's, and Mitch for a job well done again. More

I started going to Bill Jacobs Mini when Mini of Chicago closed. I was hesitant about the drive , but it has been worth it. I have a 2012 Clubman that I love and want to keep forever. As such, I make sure to follow all maintenance schedules. I met Mitch , the service adviser and it has been smooth sailing ever since. He guides me and recommends and prioritizes what my car needs. Great service and my car will run forever. We were so pleased with the service that we decided to purchase a Countryman and lease a second one.
