Shady Service Department/Good Sales Department The service department staff is not consistent. When I called I received one price and when I stopped in, I was quoted a different price. I have also had a very shady experience with Dave in service. He screwed me over with a warranty claim by delaying the process and not noting the defect on the paperwork. The only reason I didn't sue is because I had a TDI which was subject to the buyback for the emissions cheating software. I would have considered another Volkswagen had the service department been honest and trustworthy but I bought a Honda instead. More

I look at the Alltrack and Tom Harvatt gave me a lot of info about the car. We took it for a test drive and I was really impressed with the car. The Passat I also liked and with the zero percent financing for 60 months seemed attractive to us. The quote I was given was right on for the SE. There was no "here is a price how low do you want us to go?" Another dealers pricing for the Passat was $1,800 over Bill Jacobs, plus the salesperson wasn't even aware of the 0% pricing or the Presidents day $500 off. We also purchased a Kia Forte from Bill Jacobs almost 7 years ago for our daughter as a side note. Received emails and phone calls from Tom and his manager, which were nice and they just wanted to help you out with your car purchase and if I saw anything that they did with the test drive and if they answered all my question. So if you are interested in buying a VW you should see the same experience that I had. More

Needless to say, I wanted to make sure she was treated with respect and given a fair deal. Bill Jacobs VW delivered on all fronts. I wanted her to buy a German car. We stopped by Bill Jacobs VW one afternoon and drove a Tiguan and Jetta Sport. I didn't initially tell anyone that I was in the car business. Despite that, they never tried to finesse her or take advantage of an inexperienced car buyer. Her salesperson, Caesar, was patient and made her feel at ease with the purchasing process, which can be overwhelming for a young person who has never been through it before. Rich, the sales manager we worked with, was also excellent. He checked in on her every step of the way and made sure she was taken care of. After she decided on a specific car, they gave her a great deal up front and made the remaining process enjoyable for her. I was impressed with the attentiveness and the timeliness of getting her through all of the obligatory paperwork while making sure she clearly understood all of the terms and whatnot. The initial paperwork only took about 15 minutes and she was able to pick the car up the next day. Caesar even stayed after close to walk her through the delivery and make sure her VW Carnet was set up properly. The car was delivered in perfect condition (note: not all new cars are delivered in perfect condition) and everything has been great with her Jetta ever since. To this day, they've been great with follow up and service. Give these guys and gals your business, they deserve it. More

Terrible! Drove 200 miles to get the truck of my dreams, a slightly used loaded 2014 Toyota Tundra. I had asked several times for the sales people to assess the Drove 200 miles to get the truck of my dreams, a slightly used loaded 2014 Toyota Tundra. I had asked several times for the sales people to assess the truck because I do not like to be surprised when I arrive. They were asking top price for the truck and stated it was defect free. They would not negotiate on the price at all. When I got there (at the appointed time) the truck was covered in mud and dirt. The interior was filthy and there were not courtesy mats in the driver's or passenger sides. They washed it and I immediately noted numerous scratches in the clear coat. I said I realize it is a used truck, that I'm not happy, but I can live with it. We took the truck for a test drive and when we returned I took another walk around inspection. The wetness from the wash was now evaporated. It was then that I noticed one of the scratches included a good-sized dent. I told them I was not happy and asked if there was anything they could do. They said no, it is a used truck. This dealer will not accept payment in any form other than wire-transferred funds, which makes them even more difficult to deal with. AND their attitude at all levels is smug and demeaning. Every person I dealt with at this dealership had the same prevailing attitude. More
