Overall Very good experience. Was initially working on pricing with 2 other dealers, and called BillJacobs VW/Cesar one evening and he was able not only match, but slightly beat t Was initially working on pricing with 2 other dealers, and called BillJacobs VW/Cesar one evening and he was able not only match, but slightly beat the price offered elsewhere. They seem to really appreciate giving deals to those who live local! Appreciated his speed in locking the deal up quickly. Did a good job communicating with me in the coming week about what paperwork was needed. Although I was offered not the highest Trade-in for my vehicle of the quotes i got, but still feel it was a fair price. Only issue was we had to wait about 2+ hours to get into the finance office (the lady working in there was very nice and efficient BTW!), granted this was Friday night at 8pm by the time we were seen, it appears mgmt let 1 of the 2 people go early which seemed like an oversight (assuming they had control over this call) as there was 5 deals after me they had to close. I appreciated there was never ANY pressure for any add-ons and it was more of a conversation than high pressure sales tactics seen elsewhere. Overall I would absolutely buy another vehicle here. More
