I can't say enough good things about Bill Jacobs VW. I traveled all the way from Atlanta, GA to purchase a used car that I'd been researching for quite a while. In general, traveling almost 800 miles (12 hours) each way to purchase a used car is probably not the greatest idea. HOWEVER, the kind of service and personal attention I received from our sales professional Robert, and the Finance Director Kris made the trip worth it and has made me a customer for life. These guys spent the entire day with me, helped work through a few financing challenges, and made it their personal mission to make sure I didn't travel all that way for nothing. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had, and it will certainly not be my last with Bill Jacobs VW. (I might fly next time however) More

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with the friendly smile of Cesar. There wasn't any pushing and pulling. He sat us down asked what our price range was, what was important to us,ie. leather sun roof navi package etc.. We test drove a car that had everything we were looking for. We drove over to the new car lot to see if they had the color and interior we were looking for in stock... They did. When we got back to the dealership it was very simple Cesar went talked with his manager Pete. Pete came over ( super friendly and funny) was very straight froward they got us the price we wanted. right before we went up to the finance department we were talking with Cesar about being hungry ( of course we went around lunch and had not eaten anything ) when we came down from signing the papers(with Jason the finance man. He is amazing. super friendly, straight forward, and has a wonderful sense of humor).... CESAR HAD TACOS WAITING FOR US... I mean are you serious?!? How amazing is that. We had been to over 6 different car dealerships before going to Bill Jacobs and I will tell you this I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!On top of the wonderful customer service we received inside the dealership I want to express how great VW is! As much as I love a new car, I have previously dreaded the whole process of buying one, where buyers are confined to a room at the mercy of some mythical manager. So when we knew we needed a Jetta, we wen the whole process of buying one, where buyers are confined to a room at the mercy of some mythical manager. So when we knew we needed a Jetta, we went online and contacted three dealerships. Bill Jacobs VW was the best. Greg F. responded with a solid quote that told both the sticker and the actual price we would pay, plus what that price included. We were impressed both with the price and the professionalism. Greg also mentioned that the deal was eligible for 0.9% financing if we qualified. We went in, and the dealership honored that quote, no games. (HURRAY!) Ricardo took us for a great test drive, answered all our questions, and explained all the techie features of the new hybrid. Ricardo was easy to talk to, and he was great at demonstrating features I would never have found till it was time to trade the car in. Then we moved to finance, with no delays. No issues with credit or finance quandaries. Donie offered straightforward, common sense advice but ultimately let us choose the right plan without pressure. Donie had a fun sense of humor, which is great. (It's rare to laugh when you're signing away money!) But Greg, Ricardo, and Donie were absolutely fantastic. My husband and I got a good deal and had a great experience. Thanks, guys! More

I was looking for a used volkswagen tiguan wolfsburg edition for a while. I even tried a dealership in Chicago the price was 5000 higher and they didn't want to help us finance for the car I wanted. We found Bill Jacobs Volkswagen online we decided to try it. As soon as we arrived we where greeted by Ceaser and Nick our sales person and the sales manager. I told them the car I wanted, they did not pressure me into buying a new vehicle or into buying addition features. They got to work on getting us approved for the car we wanted, we didn't have the best credit but they worked with us. Donie the man in the financial department found a way to get us approved with a bank with a decent interest rate giving us a comfortable monthly payment that included a five year warranty. I was very happy with the service I will defiantly recommend it to anyone buying a car. More
