Two months later, I came back to the dealership, asked for Kelly, and told her that I was ready to buy a car. but it needed to be priced very aggressively. She was friendly, a good communicator and always ready to help. She didn't pressure us and was very down to earth. We also dealt with the pre-owned sales manager Dave Ross. He was pleasant to deal with too. Although he had his typical dealership spiel it wasn't the usual us against them type of conversation. He was upfront about price (although the wait time between conversations was sometimes a little lengthy) and did what he could to satisfy the customer. The cars at the dealership were very clean and well kept. Their showroom is bright and comfortable with a Starbucks coffee machine, animal crackers, chex mix and loaner ipads. We also liked that they offer loaner cars when bringing your car in for service along with car washes whenever you feel like it. We had a few issues with the pre-owned vehicle that were a little disconcerting but Bill Jacobs addressed the issues and fixed them without any hassle. At this time, I would recommend Bill Jacobs VW dealership and will return for our next car. More
