Laurie Honey Cavin was my salesperson, and not only was she friendly and personable, but she went above and beyond to from Bill Jacobs Volkswagon!! Laurie then worked with me on getting a great trade-in value for my car, as well as the financing and APR I needed. She was absolutely wonderful, and really knew her stuff! After I purchased the car, I noticed a couple of things that needed to be fixed. Dennis Healy was my service advisor, was very friendly and professional, and he was able to get everything fixed at little or no cost to me! The dealership paid to rent a car for me while mine was being repaired, and made the process as painless and stress-free as possible. The continued kindness and work ethic I have received from the employees at Bill Jacobs even after purchasing my car, has been outstanding, and has really meant a lot. It's one thing for people at a dealership to be friendly before you purchase a car to make that sale, so it's really nice to see the same people continuing being so after.
