2018 Honda Civic headache Had to have them order a tire because mine had a screw in it. Was told it would be in in a few days. I had to call a week later. Was told that the Had to have them order a tire because mine had a screw in it. Was told it would be in in a few days. I had to call a week later. Was told that the tire has been there and they were sorry that they didn’t call. They said to bring it in the following morning. Brought it in the next day. Added on an oil change. Got a call 3.5 hours later and was told there was no tire there and they could order one but would take 4 days. I was really upset! After waiting and having to call to see if they had my tire ( they even checked records and saw no one called me). Then to be told it wasn’t there when I was told it was. Also having to take off two days of work! I would have gave this one star, but since they were very apologetic and Kathy was so super nice and took care of our oil change, I gave it 2 stars. This is the second time the service department messed up with my brand new car. I paid extra to have the protected clear coat put in when I bought it. Asked them to take off the bill Kay sticker before doing it. They said they would. Then when I went to pick it up when it was finished, the sticker was still on it. Had to bring the car back to have them take it off and put the sealer on where the sticker was. I feel bad for this rating because every single person there is so nice. And after mess ups, very apologetic. I hope they can find where the errors are being made. More
