We treated each other with respect and parted ways. I remembered him as a cut above in demeanor and approach. So, 3 years later I asked for him when I reentered the market. We got together and worked out a deal. Then, after the sale he spent a hour of his valuable time going over my new CRV's features with a fine-tooth comb. Simply the best. More

I brought in my Honda for routine service and the service department personnel alerted me to the fact that there were actually two recall jobs that n I brought in my Honda for routine service and the service department personnel alerted me to the fact that there were actually two recall jobs that needed to be performed. I had not received any prior notification of this need either by mail or phone, but I was able to leave the van for the work to be completed ASAP. Since the service tech was not sure exactly how long the job would take, he offered a loaner car or a shuttle to my chosen destination. This was a great option-- I could complete other tasks and/or run other errands. More
