The reason for my rating is based solely upon my experience with my novice salesperson. Albeit, it was a long time ago and practices have changed, I too was a new/used car salesperson. My issues was the poor communication with management and how they performed. I will simply advise that anyone considering doing business with this company to do their homework and DON'T sign anything you haven't read completely or understand. DO NOT just settle for the salespersons understanding of the document. Specifically, the aftermarket products on used cars. If it wasn't because they had the vehicle that I was in search of, I more than likely would not have done business with them. More
