I had a problem with an oil leak on my 2011 Pilot - turned out to be a loose oil-pan bolt. Unfortunately, most of the oil leaked on my garage floor. They took my Pilot for service and had it completed the next day. My Pilot - and my garage never looked better. Drove up to the dealership which was appx 100 miles away from my home and was really pleased with their courtesy and professional service while test driving couple of vehicles. Apart from getting a good deal on an Odyssey and an offer for an amazing deal if I buy a second vehicle the same day ....I really ended up buying also a Civic EX on the same day. Almost did not go to this dealer due to negative comments (at that time there was not any positive comments). I decided to give them a try though because they were the only dealer that had the vehicle (white (at that time there was not any positive comments). i was shopping on intenet to save time and after a lot of looking I found (2) vehicles I was interested in driving. I called dealership to ask about pricing and was immediately sent over to internet salespe looking I found (2) vehicles I was interested in driving. He answered every question I had and then I asked him if I would be able to try the vehicles out within the next hour. when I arrived 45 minutes later, the two vehicles were waiting for me to look at and drive, which I did. I know what I want when I see it and do not like to bully around about pricing, so I gave Brent my bottom line, which matched the internet price and my trade-in. Within one hour total I was driving my newly purchased vehicle and will definitely go back for anothr purchase with Brent. This is my 46th car purchase and I have dealt with just about every dealer in from chicago to Bloomington and I have only gone back to two other dealerships twice to purchase again, I am adding bill kay and Brent to my top three list.
