I arrived a bit early for my pre-arranged 1pm appt. This was the first service visit on new Passport. Thought would be more involved, but was only an oil change & tire rotation. Was advised they were running a bit behind, although the entire dept didnt seem busy at all. Vehicle ready 2:40. I thought car would have been washed as part of the visit. But not included. Overall I left feeling “Not sure they cared that I brought the car there for service”. More
