Good experience I was met by Samuel as I brought my car in for routine maintenance. Samuel greeted me enthusiastically and gave me an accurate expectation of how lon I was met by Samuel as I brought my car in for routine maintenance. I was updated periodically and upon completion was given a thorough explanation of the service and the status of my car's tires, filters, etc. I appreciate all the info. Accidentally bumped into Bert while waiting and we walked out of the dealership with with a great deal on another Honda. More
Oil Change On Saturday, February 16, 2019 , I had an 11:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived shortly before 11:00 am. I am assuming i On Saturday, February 16, 2019 , I had an 11:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived shortly before 11:00 am. I am assuming it was Kathleen who I checked in with and I was told there were one or two cars ahead of me. At 12:15 pm, Kathleen came to the waiting area to let me know what other services were recommended for my car. No apology for how long it has taken for an oil change and tire rotation. I opted to change the wiper blades and cabin filters. After the work Kathleen came with Bill. Again, no acknowledgment of how long I had been there. No offer to discount the oil change or not charge me for the wipers. Kathleen did share with me that I would be receiving a survey and employees must receive a 100% or they fail. Even a 99% is failing. Even if it is something outside of the control of the employee. I guess that at some level Kathleen acknowledged that I received less than stellar service. I’m not sure. Needless to say, I will not be using or recommending Bill Kay’s service department in the future More
Great & Efficient I need to get air bags exchanged for recall. They got me scheduled with email reminder of appointment. It was great getting my car taken car of there. More
