I brought in my Honda for routine service and the service department personnel alerted me to the fact that there were actually two recall jobs that n I brought in my Honda for routine service and the service department personnel alerted me to the fact that there were actually two recall jobs that needed to be performed. I had not received any prior notification of this need either by mail or phone, but I was able to leave the van for the work to be completed ASAP. Since the service tech was not sure exactly how long the job would take, he offered a loaner car or a shuttle to my chosen destination. This was a great option-- I could complete other tasks and/or run other errands. More

Steve was soooo nice and a pleasure to work with. Very, very nice man. Jeff is awesome. Very nice. He was able to get me a good interest rate and came by often to see how the process was going.
