I have to commend Bill Kay Honda and the Employees that I worked with on the recent purchase of my new 2012 Honda Civic. I was nervous and wanted to do the right thing. Donny has the patience of a saint as I told him a few times. He followed up with me and was very attentive to my concerns. He and others, Scott Sperro and Peter Pishos stayed late a few nights for me becuase of my busy schedule. I even want to mention the car porter guy because he had to stay late Im sure also. Never caught his name, but I do appreciate him gettng my new car ready so late. Everyone made my experiance extremely comfortable buying my second brand new Honda Civic!! I love it. I love the technology, the gas mileage and the best of all my Sunroof! :) I am absolutley loving my new vehicle!! I will definately send others. Since I usually walk out when I run into a dealer who tries to low ball you or hides the "extras" until you get there, I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't run into those types of high-pressure tactics that so many dealers used. As a result, I bought this vehicle over the phone and when I got there, the price quoted was the actual price. As far as getting the deal done, they went out of their way to take into account my needs. As an example, I was trading 2 vehicles for one and when I brought the first vehicle into the dealership, they provided a ride back to my house to pick up the second vehicle (a distance of about 35 miles). All of the customer service type of services provided by the sales consultant were first rate, freindly and informative. I would certainly recommend Bill Kay to anyone wanting to purchase a Honda as well as Alyssa and Brent as the people to get the deal done. More

I appreciated the no pressure environment and atmosphere as well; as a customer that is very important to my wife and me. I would like to add that I did purchase some detail intensive addon's such as a spoiler, side molding, and door trim; what a flawless job the service department did.
