When I went to the dealership Donny was very helpful and courteous without being pushy or condescending. After a test drive, I realized that I was ready to purchase. Donny went through the paperwork and made it as efficent and painless as possible. I never at any point felt as if I was was being pressured into additonal items that I didn't need. Overall it was a very professional and friendly experience. More
Weren't pleased with the sales manager's rude personality at all. However, we loved Donny McGee. We drove over an hour because the dealer ship had what we were looking for in-stock and we didn't want to mess with a dealer locate. We would buy a vehicle again from Donny. More

I really hate car shopping! It is a necessary evil when your faithful vehicle finally needs to be replaced. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I visit the Bill Kay Honda dealership. There I met Donny McGee who actually assisted me in a positive manner with my car purchase. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Donny took the time to explain completely all the features of the vehicle that I was considering including many safety features that Honda has that I was unaware existed. The opportunity to take the car out for a real test drive without someone over my shoulder was appreciated. There was no pressure or hassle from Bill Kay Honda. Once I decided on the vehicle the process of negotiating and finalizing the deal was quick and relatively straight forward. I sincerely appreciate Donny McGee’s professionalism, product knowledge, and client approach about placing me in the vehicle that I wanted. He went the extra mile to complete the deal for me on his day off. If you want to have a car purchasing experience, that is not painful but fun and hassle free, I recommend that you go to Bill Kay Honda and ask for Donny McGee. More

I came into Bill Kay with a general idea of what I was looking for and wanted in a car. Scott showed me a few different options and I test drove the Honda Civic Coupe and Sedan. A car is a major purchase and I needed that time to make the best decision. I came back and knew that I had found the best place to purchase a new car and the best car for me. I had a good feeling when I walked into Bill Kay and that is one of the major reasons I came back. At other dealerships I wasn't treated well and walked away. I came back to Bill Kay ready to make a final decision. The car that I had decided I wanted in the model and color was not on the lot. They were able to locate the exact car that I wanted in a short time. I can only say positive things about my car buying experience at Bill Kay. More
I purchased a 2009 Honda CR-V from this dealer and am very happy with the car. I particularly liked: -- They had 90+ photos of the car on their website. I got enough information that I decided to travel from Chicago to Bourbonnais to check it out, and it was in great condition, so I bought it. -- I live in Hyde Park/Chicago, so took the Metra train down, and they picked me up at the University Park station. I could have driven, but this was an easy way to check out the car in person, and helpful of the dealer to pick me up. -- We discovered the front rotors needed turning and they did that for me. Buying a car can be a stressful event, but I felt they did a very good job in making it work well for both of us. Special kudos to my Internet Sales Agent, Alyssa Harrier, for her patience in answering all my questions and making the process very pleasant indeed! More

Bert Tvrz is the salesperson receieved at Bill Kay. We first contacted the dealership because the exact car we wanted was being sold as a demo model. Bert Tvrz is the salesperson whom we had the pleasure of dealing with. It was a toss up between Bill Kay and a different Honda location closer to home, and Bert is the reason we chose to go to Bill Kay. The other Honda dealer also had the vehicle we wanted, albeit our second choice color and not a demo. Even so, the price was tempting for the same car with 0 miles vs. 5k. We could live with the color either way, as long as the price was right. The salesperson I spoke with at the other dealership was friendly at first, but then condescending and short in his answers to my questions. I realize my questions and concerns may have been redundant, but bottom line, I'm the customer and should be treated with respect. Bert was friendly, patient, and helpful, both in our initial contact via phone and email, and once we met at the dealership. We dealt with Bert and also Brent Kurtyak, and both were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Bill Kay Honda. More
