I brought it in because my tire light was on. I was told everything was fine and he showed me how to reset it. A couple weeks later, a friend saw that my tire was low, pulled out a screw and patched my tire everything was fine and he showed me how to reset it. A couple weeks later, a friend saw that my tire was low, pulled out a screw and patched my tire. I brought the screw in and told them it was obviously there before and they just shrugged and threw out the screw. Not even an “I’m sorry” Then my appointment for an oil change took over an hour and then the report said it was crucial for my power steering fluid to be replaced, but that I could just do it next time so that they wouldn’t hold me up. They didn’t even tell me until I was checking out. I felt like I was annoying them by getting my oil changed there. I love to see Bert when I go in and he is very friendly. Service dept must just be overly busy. More
