1 hour, 15 minutes for an oil change I needed an oil change on my vehicle and scheduled it over a week out. When I arrived at my appointment time (with two young children in tow) I was t I needed an oil change on my vehicle and scheduled it over a week out. When I arrived at my appointment time (with two young children in tow) I was told they had an employee not show up so they were behind. I still didn't expect that I'd be waiting an hour and 15 minutes to get an oil change done, which should take 30 minutes- especially since I had an appointment.i understand that things happen and this was an unforeseen delay, but I would have appreciated a call at least before my appointment time to warn me that they were running late. I could have planned accordingly instead of having to sit for an unreasonable amount of time while trying to keep my kids entertained and quiet so as not to disturb others. More

Good experience Had the wrench pop up and i needed an A16 service, basically oil change and rear differential fluid change.
