When I bought my new pickup in May, the code was lost to unlock it. So the salesman said they put a temp code in and when I brought it in for the first oil change they would enter a code I wanted. When I did that I was told no, I had to make an appointment in the service area. So I called the service area and got an appointment to take it back to the fast lane again. When I arrived to pick my truck up, I was told they had retrieved the master code and started explaining how I could now get my owners manual out and change the code myself. However they decided they would do that for me. Then when I started to pay my bill, they had added $35 to my bill for this service. Which I complained about and they took it off. Bottom line is the left hand didn't seem to know what the right hand was doing. I wasn't the one that caused this problem. More
