Lowest Stress Experience Ever! When I pulled onto the Bill Knight lot for the very first time ever, I knew the experience was going to be different. We walked around for at least 15 minutes and never had anyone approach us, never saw anyone lurking around the corner, we were left alone to peruse as long as we wanted. Once we were ready to check out a few Expeditions that were interesting, Jeff was ready and waiting just inside the office and was very pleasant. He was very patient with us and just overall the nicest guy! He even stayed late so that we could come back after our son's basketball game in order to not make an extra trip into Tulsa. Overall, just a great experience and great team at Bill Knight Ford. And, no, I'm not getting paid for this review. . . just a very happy and satisfied customer! More

I did, made an offer on the truck. He said he’d call me back in 15 minutes. An hour later, I called him back, and he said he was working on it. Another hour goes by, I call again, and he tells me “they” sold the truck a hour ago. You mean, after I originally made my offer? Save yourself the headache, shop elsewhere. More
