I have been driving for 10+ years, but my car was twenty years old and it was time to move on. I walked out of the dealership last week with a brand new Forester and could not be happier. My experience with Subaru was extraordinary. My first car was passed down through my family, so this was the first time I bought a car and I didn’t quite know what to expect. I walked into Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru and was immediately at ease! Mel Dixon answered all of my ridiculous questions, helped narrow down which model would be best for me, and was all-around incredibly easy to work with. I felt confident in my decision to choose Subaru because I could tell they wanted what was best for me. Like old friends, it was a pleasure to work again with our salesman, Sonny Ripps and Joe Postighone, Sales Manager. We leased the car we liked at a fair price. During the negotiations we had the pleasure of meeting Chris Flood, the General Manager, When our new Forester was ready to be picked up on a busy Saturday, Connor Flood, spent an hour in the car with us explaining all the new technology in the Forester since its redesign last year. Every employee that walked past us offered assistance. Although we had a short wait because they were so busy, we were offered coffee, water and snacks. Everyone smiled and had a nice sense of humor. The day we went to pick up our car, we overheard another customer say it was his 4th time purchasing a vehicle there. All of his vehicles appeared to have been Outback's. This made us even happier because that was the car we had just purchased. We would like to thank everyone at the dealership (from the service desk, to the sales reps and even the 2nd floor staff who assisted with the paperwork and phone calls. We would especially like to thank Gary Mendelsohn & Paul Spiegel for their skills, knowledge, patience and great sense of humor. We did not feel pressured at all but rather comfortable during the entire process. We have recommended the dealership to others already and plan to see them in the future for our next purchase. More

I believe it’ll take more than just 25 words to explain what the men and women did for us at the dealership. They not only got us a great deal, even when most banks wanted more down or the interest rate wa what the men and women did for us at the dealership. Terrific experience buying a 2020 Forester Just purchased a 2020 Forester and worked with Mel (Maryellen) at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru . She was terrific and very accommodating.
