Their attitude and friendliness is something New York needs a lot more of. The buying experience was very friendly, hassle free and straight up honest with the pricing and costs. There where no hidden fees or mysterious taxes. The price was the price, and it was a very fair price. Howard Bonefield is an amazing person in general and his detailed knowledge of Subaru and Subaru products and services was like being on a training session not a sales pitch. By the time he was done showing us the car we purchased we really had no questions to ask. We where not expecting for a some one to take as much time showing us every button and function of our vehicle. They all treated us with respect and courtesy and they really made us feel like we had been friends for a long time. Marty Shuvall can work magic... enough said! As our most recent lease was coming to term, my wife and I decided to return to Bill Kolb to turn in our car and enter into another contract with this dealership. In the past we have also recommended Bill Kolb to 4 of our friends, who also came away with new cars. Today we dealt with a gentleman who’d never worked with us before. As I previously stated, Bill Kolb’s sales staff all seem to be helpful. However our salesman today was a guy - Michael D’Agostino - we’d never had before. To say all the reasons we loved working with him would surely border on sounding hyperbolic. He was exceptional and did everything in his power to help us into a new lease and make it as painless as he could.
