I am very disappointed with this dealership, I purchased a car with John Lyons and within 12 hours the check engine light was on and it was in the shop. I was not given a loaner or a way to have a car to ge a car with John Lyons and within 12 hours the check engine light was on and it was in the shop. I was not given a loaner or a way to have a car to get to work. When contacting Joe Minns the service supervisor, minimal support and assistance was given. I received no updates of the status of my vehicle and when I would get it back. I spent a lot of money purchasing this car and feel as if I was not given honest information of what was wrong with it. At this point I am not getting calls back despite leaving multiple voicemails to multiple employees and still have no car (even though I purchased one 3 days ago). This is unacceptable and poor customer service. I will be sure to not recommend this dealership! More
