Since buying my 2015 Outback new 4 years ago, I have been back with a sun roof problem at least five times. Always the same issue, the clamp from the accordion cushion comes off after about 4-5 sun-roof openings. Always the same side; the other accordion cushion never had any problems. Always the same story, it takes them about 5 minutes to put a new clamp on and they tell me that the problem is fixed for good. Always the same result though. More

Terrible Sales Service Our sales associate was extremely disorganized. I came to Bill Kolb to trade in my leased Forester and lease a new Forester. The first time I was th Our sales associate was extremely disorganized. I came to Bill Kolb to trade in my leased Forester and lease a new Forester. The first time I was there we discussed a car on the lot and a car that would be arriving soon. After a couple hours working out pricing I left to discuss it with my wife. I had specifically stated I did not want the maintenance plan ($600+ for a few oil changes that you wait at least two hours for). I returned a few days later and after shaking on a deal for a Forester on their lot, the associate spoke to management and returned to say he could not give us that deal on that car. He stated, "I don't know how I came to that number." I walked out of the dealership. The associate called me that evening saying he mixed up the car on the lot for another forester that was to arrive in the coming weeks. I returned for a second time and agreed on a price for the incoming Forester which had a few extra features (fog lights, floor liners, LED lighting, etc.). When we came in to sign the paperwork we realized the maintenance plan had not been removed. We had spent hours debating pricing and the associate could have easily showed us a lower price had that plan not been included. When my wife went to finally pick up the car she realized there were no fog lights. This was the most valuable extra feature that somehow was left off the car. The salesman said they were never included. I then showed him a picture that HE TOOK on my phone of all the extra features that should have been included. He again stated he didn't remember take the picture or telling me about these extra features. After some debate as to whether they take the cost of the lights off or install them he agreed to have them installed. So we would have to return another day to pick up the car. After we picked up the car we realized one of the fog lights did not work. We had to return again to have it repaired. More
