Since the sales consultants are not working on a commission, there is less pressure to buy. Their no haggle policy is great, you know the best price for the vehicle and you choose, based on condition and miles. I got a good deal, and landed a newer car with Eyesight. Marty was also extremely helpful to get financing for the terms needed and walked us through the extended warranty options without pressure. During the delivery on Saturday, Rich stepped through all the documents that needed to be signed while the car was being prepped. There was one small issue that was quickly addressed before leaving the lot. In addition, they helped us take care of all the registration needs. At that time, Mr. Holman Cano was the dealer representitve who guided me through the selection process. A few days ago, once more, Mr. Cano with great patience, indulged me as I went through a personal process to arrive at a vehicle choice. Ultimately, I could not be more pleased!
