Mel in sales was awesome My wife and I came in looking for a new car. We ended up picking out a 2018 Legacy. Mel helped us out so much. We originally were looking at a 2016 Legacy but we liked the 2018 version better. Mel showed us all of the cars that were available in both years that were in our price range and took the time to go over all the details. She was always smiling and was so nice to us. Mel made us feel like we knew each other for years. Because of Mel, we will recommend her and your dealership to all our friends and family. Best dealership I've ever dealt with I have never dealt with such an amazing dealership before. I bought my 2016 Subaru legacy on New year's Eve 2018 and I will probably buy all my future I have never dealt with such an amazing dealership before. I bought my 2016 Subaru legacy on New year's Eve 2018 and I will probably buy all my future cars from them as well. About a month after buying my car I was dealing with a little vibration from my brakes and rotors in the rear. I still had about 15,000-30,000 miles until I needed new ones the manager Mauricio said I want you to be happy so just get them changed now and he payed for them. Everyone at this dealership is paid on a salary basis instead of commission so their goal is for you to leave happy in the car you want and not to push just any vehicle on you to get a sale. There are no hidden dealer fees and only a $75 docking fee. They are so friendly and actually care about there customers. I live in NJ and will still make the trip out to NY to deal with them.
