Howard has excellent manners and understands what it is the customer wants and needs. I knew what I wanted which was a 2019 Forester Limited. That is the model of my latest two Foresters purchased at the agency. He took the time needed to explain this 84 years old lady all that was new in the model, went over the several options chosen in detail until I fully understood the basics. Then suggested to go to the tutorials offered for a more detail explanation and how to. When the car was ready to be delivered to me, he sat with me in the car and explained in detail the new technology. The rest was for me to do the homework. He is always available for questions about details on the operation of the car. I have already recommended Howard to a few friends that want to buy the same car I bought. They will be there soon and come out as happy as I am with the special attention Howard gives to his customers, as if they are the most important persons in the world. More
