Buying experience Purchased a used 2018 Legacy from this dealer, my first Subaru. The salesman Gary Mendelson was excellent! He new the car extremely well and was very Purchased a used 2018 Legacy from this dealer, my first Subaru. The salesman Gary Mendelson was excellent! He new the car extremely well and was very patient with both my wife and I during the test drive. I had researched the car and knew that the price was fair. I inquired about the car online late Saturday night and was contacted online on Sunday with all of my questions answered. I live in NJ with many Subaru dealers much closer to home but a good friend told me to look at Bill Kolb Subaru. I am glad I did!! The car had some minor scratches on it and I mentioned to the salesman Gary that I would try to get them out after I bought the car. Ten minutes later he took my wife and I outside and he had the service department remove the scratches. I have been buying cars for 50 years and must say that the buying experience at Bill Kolb and with the saleman Gary Mendelson was one of the easiest purchases that I have ever made. No pressure, no haggle, great price. More

He went out of his way to help my son purchase his first 2016 used Subaru Legacy. There was no pressure with the purchase and he made sure that all the paperwork and the disposal of his old vehicle was handled with out a hitch. It took one day from when we decided to purchase the 2016 legacy to out the door with my sons car. I can't believe that he got everything done so quickly. My sons is in love with his used legacy. Gary made sure that he reviewed how the car operated and went through all the features of the car. I would not buy a Subaru from anywhere else but Bill Kolb Jr. I came from Westchester County and it was worth it. More

Thank you for your help I had very positive experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru! I had to switch my Outback lease and contacted multiple dealerships via email in December 2018 I had very positive experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru! I had to switch my Outback lease and contacted multiple dealerships via email in December 2018. Maryellen was one of the first to respond, explained how the new lease deal can be structured, and offered several deal options. During the next two months we communicated via email, where she indicated multiple times that the dealership wants my business. I visited the dealership on a busy Saturday and spent about 2 hours with Maryellen - she was very professional, upfront, and respectful. She answered all of my questions and concerns with confidence, optimism, and empathy. I felt like the dealership really wants me as a customer. Completing paperwork with Paul was also great. We did not go over lengthy talks about usual features where dealership is trying to squeeze in additional fees. Paul was also upfront, respectful, and very professional.
