I was referred to this car dealership by a friend of mine after two other Subaru deal I had a WONDERFUL car buying experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru! I was referred to this car dealership by a friend of mine after two other Subaru dealerships failed to help me. I called and spoke with Howard Bonfield over the phone and was able to schedule an appointment that week. During our conversation I gave Howard a brief summary of what I was looking for, my current lease situation and how much I was looking to spend. Howard was honest and upfront. He told me that my expectations may be out of reach but he would do everything he could to help me! And I am happy to report He was true to his word! My family and I arrived at the dealership and were seated immediately. It is a very busy dealership so i was glad I made an appointment. Howard immediately went to work gathering information and explaining to us clearly what are best options would be. He was understanding of our situation and I never felt as If I was being taken advantage of. And I had experienced this feeling at the other two dealerships I had visited. Promises made of getting the best deal only to be met with an unrealistic offers. The first offer Howard gave us BEAT all the other offers I had received. Howard was professional, super flexible and accommodating to our family and the entire experience lasted only 3 hours. He patiently showed me the cars and helped me decide what was the best for me. Having had the experience of talking with many car salesmen, some of them very rude, I was impressed with his professionalism. Talking to him never felt I had to go through the unpleasant stressful negotiation tactics that seems to be the norm in this process, but instead educated me on my options patiently and thoroughly. I decided at that moment that this was the company that I wanted to work with and bought my new beautiful Subaru Outback 2019.
