Excellent all the way I bought a Forester from Bill Kolb in the early 2000s and it was such a positive experience then, I came up from NYC to purchase a new Subaru Crosstre I bought a Forester from Bill Kolb in the early 2000s and it was such a positive experience then, I came up from NYC to purchase a new Subaru Crosstrek. Our sales guy Howard said hello, and from the first minute my daughter and I were completely comfortable with the process. He was patient and in total command of all the information we needed. He showed us exactly the right car, we test drove it, and I bought it. Howard passed us expertly to Paul in Finance and then Shaun, who brings the car around and walks you through everything. We were told when there'd be a stretch of open time so we went for lunch. I will say the only drawback is STILL the process! I filled out all my info online prior to coming but that didn't really matter once I was there. Poor Howard had to go through pages and pages of handwritten forms. Strange that in this day and age there was no electronic entry of info. It was fine, but did make the process longer than it needs to be. Anyway, the staff was excellent, the car is great, no real complaints. Thank you, Howard! More

Totally professional experience. We are now on our fourth Subaru. Three Foresters and now the Ascent. Rich Knel took great care of us with our decision to go for the larger model. The dealership worked to give us the most advantageous arrangement in our lease agreement. Both Mo and Marty were helpful as well. The receptionist, Margaret, is a wonderful asset to the dealership. Our son has a Forester and will get another one next Fall. We all totally feel comfortable with the Bill Kolb family. Thank you so very much. More

After visiting a few car websites, reading up and educating myself, I visited a few dealer I am a person of a certain age and a first-time car buyer. After visiting a few car websites, reading up and educating myself, I visited a few dealerships online and checked out cars and prices, I then went to one "other" showroom, and two Subaru showrooms. I was not feeling optimistic after two showroom visits. But then I went to Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru and boy-oh-boy am I glad I discovered this dealership. I was completely awed by the level of professionalism, courtesy, and concern for the customer shown by the team at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. Holman Cano, the sales associate who worked with me, is a phenomenal listener. He really "got" my interest in a certain Subaru and understood why that particular model appealed to me. He didn't try to sell me anything I might not want. I felt he went very far toward ensuring my comfort level with my decision, and I also felt that it was more important to him to maintain an excellent customer relationship with me than to sell me a particular car. Holman Cano exemplifies the overall customer-oriented approach shown by everyone I worked with at Bill Kolb Jr Subaru. The team there goes out of its way to ensure customer comfort at the showroom and beyond the showroom. Paul, who reviewed all the financial options with me, really gave me a wide range of possibilities. Both Holman and Paul gave me good advice and helped structure a deal that worked for me in the short-term and the long-term. Most importantly, they got me the car I wanted within a super-fast time frame that solved other problems for me. I couldn't be happier. Last but not least, Pedro Duarte gave me a comprehensive overview of my new car. Holman and Pedro encouraged me to call them with any questions, anytime, and I know they meant it. I have never had such an outstanding sales/purchase experience. I went into the prospect of buying a car with a lot of trepidation and resistance, and I have never seen myself as someone who would drive "recreationally." As a result of my experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, I feel much more confident about driving in general, especially confident in driving my new Subaru, and pleased with my purchase, including the price and all the terms.
