The dealership has a nice open feel and the staff is friendly. As a matter of fact when I purchased my Forrester in 2013 the manager came over to say thank you. The service department is excellent....from making the appointment, checking in and the mechanics they all are professional, honest and courteous. I picked white.. It was on the lot and only needed the sunroof to be added. I was a little confused with some of the numbers but it was broken down and clarified. We went there on a Saturday and browsed their large inventory without being bothered and then went into the showroom. We met with Sonny and he took care of us. We weren't really planning to buy a car that day but we did because the service we received was great and there weren't hundreds of dollars in fees added on. The price on the sticker was the price that we paid. The sales people are salaried and don't make you feel pressured to do anything. Paul helped us with financing, it went smoothly, without hassle. They also took care of our old car. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. More
