Only good when he wants to be long story short, Made a deal with this guy for Subaru to pay ALL existing debt on my old lease for me to transfer to a new lease with them, I was cal long story short, Made a deal with this guy for Subaru to pay ALL existing debt on my old lease for me to transfer to a new lease with them, I was called 4 MONTHS AFTER THE DEAL that there was still money owed on the old vehicle despite asking Howard several several times about these charges when purchasing my new lease. He disregarded me questions and still has yet to ever call me back. If you need to go to Bill Kolb, just go with Gary as your salesman otherwise just go to Ramsey Subaru. Even after having a bad experience, the manager also didn't care since my deal was already done. More

A surprisingly pleasant experience I dreaded the experience of buying another car, as my last was horrendous. This time it was a completely pleasant afternoon spent with the nicest sal I dreaded the experience of buying another car, as my last was horrendous. The showroom was extremely busy and a pleasant gentleman introduced himself and even though I had to wait a while, being this man was so friendly and calm the waiting wasn't so terrible. Then Larry introduced himself and the whole buying experience was friendly and easy. Then at the very end Gary helped me finish up the process with all the paper signing. I highly recommend this dealership. The reason I didn't give a five star rating is because at the very end of the process it was late and there was not enough time to show me all the details of the car, which nowadays is extensive. I was told I could come back at any time but who really wants to go back another time. More
