Happy Customer We've purchased a used Subaru from Bill Kolb Subaru in the past and were very satisfied. When it came time to trade in my old car, we researched this We've purchased a used Subaru from Bill Kolb Subaru in the past and were very satisfied. When it came time to trade in my old car, we researched this dealership. The selection of used vehicles is quite broad and I was able to locate the vehicle with options I was interested in. When we arrived, we were able to browse the inventory of cars at our leisure. When were ready to talk with a salesman, we went into the sales room and were introduced to Gary Mendelsohn. Gary was attentive, patient, answered all of our questions in a transparent manner. We decided to purchase the vehicle and by working through the Finance Dept, we were able to get a better interest rate than through our own bank. Because we live 90 miles away, Gary worked throughout the day to process the transaction so that we could drive our car home that day, rather than travel back on another day. In addition, we wanted a remote start installed on the car. This was completed and and the beautifully detailed car with the remote start was delivered to us. Gary Mendelsohn gave us a great rundown of the many features, synched my phone contacts to the blue tooth, etc. We found the vehicle we were seeking, at a price that was reasonable, with an excellent interest rate. Overall, Gary helped to make this a most pleasant experience and we are, thus far, very satisfied with the car. More

From top to bottom this is the best place to buy a car. Non-Commissioned sales associates, a service department that truly wants to assist you in getting the most of of your car. This dealerships approach is a no-haggle pricing. everyone gets the same lowest price. It is no wonder they sell so many cars. The owners truly appreciate your business. If you should run into an issue, I can't imagine that a solution will not be rendered quickly and fairly. My sales associate recently retired. So sad. My wife and I went in to purchase our 2018 Outback and were unsure who our new guy would be. Then Richard Knel came to our rescue. No pressure just wanted to assist us. Not one hour later we found ourselves in good hands and for the first time ever purchased the car right there and then. All I can say is if you desire a New or Pre-Owed Subaru, then it will be worth your while to visit this dealership. More

Ross was very knowledgeable, and patient as I asked to drive several vehicles on the lot..he knew what I wanted and made the whole experience not only simple but pleasant ...buying cars is usually stressful and anxiety provoking as far as I'm concerned. At no point did I feel pressured ...all along the way, Ross made me feel like he was there to help me make the best decision for ME. Before I drove off the lot, Ross gave me an demo on how to use the all the computer gadgetry and made sure I had no questions before I drove off the lot. He called the next day to follow up and see if I had questions and asked me to reach out if any questions arise (and he actually meant it). I would and have already highly recommended Ross. Previously, I purchased my cars outright until I was referred to Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru I released a 2018 Subaru Elite Legacy, now for the second time. Previously, I purchased my cars outright until I was referred to Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. My sister-in-law suggested I go to this dealership even though I reside in Westchester County, NY. Her whole family has done business here, and with salesman Rich Knell. My son also encouraged me to try to lease, instead of purchase outright for many reasons. I like the low-keyed tone of the dealership and the reasonable offers they provide. I didn't feel pressured, or rushed into making a decision. Additionally, once the agreement was approved and in process the salesman, Rich, kept in touch to notify me when my car was expected to arrive. Everything was clearly explained and demonstrated about the vehicle so there were no hidden agendas. All in all, leasing at this dealership was quick, easy and a pleasurable experience. More
