My experience at this dealership has been very favorable. I released a 2018 Subaru Elite Legacy, now for the second time. Previously, I purchased my cars outright until I was referred to Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru I released a 2018 Subaru Elite Legacy, now for the second time. Previously, I purchased my cars outright until I was referred to Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. My sister-in-law suggested I go to this dealership even though I reside in Westchester County, NY. Her whole family has done business here, and with salesman Rich Knell. My son also encouraged me to try to lease, instead of purchase outright for many reasons. I like the low-keyed tone of the dealership and the reasonable offers they provide. I didn't feel pressured, or rushed into making a decision. Additionally, once the agreement was approved and in process the salesman, Rich, kept in touch to notify me when my car was expected to arrive. Everything was clearly explained and demonstrated about the vehicle so there were no hidden agendas. All in all, leasing at this dealership was quick, easy and a pleasurable experience. More

Better than I ever expected from a car dealer I was always told the car dealers are scary places where people get ripped off with shady tactics all around. This is NOT that kind of place. Everything was explained in depth upfront, every feature, warranty concern, or random questions about heated mirrors. The pricing was very reasonable considering how valuable Subarus become when winter rolls around and how well they hold value. The warranty offered on used cars at Bill Kolb is better than new car warrantys from many other manufacturers. The one I chose was 5 years and 100,000miles bumper to bumper on-top of existing mileage, with even longer options available. I had been checking their website nearly constantly, and it was good to know that it's updated daily. That being said you should still come in for a test drive and not rely entirely on the website, their inventory moves fast. 10/10 for Howard, a wonderful salesman with a well earned reputation 10/10 for the dealership itself 10/10 for the low pressure to buy atmosphere on both parts More

Sonny took his time with my wife and me, even showing us the price list of all cars they have, the printed list had a $500 cheaper price than the one on the vehicle we had decided to purchase, Sonny said they would honor the lowest price listed, which they did. I went to pickup the car two days later on a Saturday, which was extremely busy, but they did their best to get me out with my new Impreza as soon as possible. More

All this was over a matter of several weeks as we continued to inundate Gary with a barrage of questions to clarify our thinking leading up to the decision to go for the Legacy. He has continued with the "hand-holding" as we pleasantly expand our learning and experiences with the new car. Incidentally, Gary had also helped us in the past with our Outback (going back 7 years!), which we continue to service at the dealership, truly impressed by the service-team and the quality of service that they offer with a focus on "doing the right thing" for the customer......just as the sales team does!
