Very helpful freindly staff Went into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon they were busy but, they let me go out to the lot and look at the cars. When I returned they were very friendly and helpful. Glenn Toker was the salesman who let me test drive the crosstrek and went over all the perks it had. I Did not feel pressured to buy the car however did decide to later after test driving a few other card because the ride was just so smooth and I felt comfortable in the car. The staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful really explained everything to me. More

Great Experience I had a very strange situation. I had a bad situation with an older car, and decided I would upgrade to a new car. And even though I live over 500 m I had a very strange situation. I had a bad situation with an older car, and decided I would upgrade to a new car. And even though I live over 500 miles away, the people here treated me like at had bought five cars from them before and would be buying five more. With zero expectations of me being a repeat customer, everyone I dealt went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was a happy customer, including Mr. Kolb himself, who could not have been nicer. It was a truly exceptional car buying experience. I just want to make sure to thank John, Mauricio, Joe, and of course Mr. Kolb for turning a bad situation into a truly memorable one.
