He understands what customer relationship management means as it applies to auto sales. Gary's emphasis on CRM is representative of everyone with whom we've interacted at the dealership from sales to service to management. Although we live over an hour away we prefer to work with Bill Kolb rather than with dealers that are closer to home. More
