Bada bing, bad boom, done! Easy! A well advertised high end car dealership states " You take care of your life, your family, we'll take care of your car". Move over Mr. high end high A well advertised high end car dealership states " You take care of your life, your family, we'll take care of your car". Move over Mr. high end high dollar dealer, Bill Kolb Jr Subaru is in the house! We can't say enough about how well we were treated. The staff was excellent, the choice of inventory more than met our expectations. We had our car in less than one day. Richie was so helpful. We had communicated via email about 2 months before. I told him what my time frame was and he understood and applied zero pressure, unlike another dealer. The big difference I think was that Bill Kolb Jr's sales staff does not work to a commission. They are salaried so they don't have to haggle and talk you into a car that you really don't want. Great experience! More

KOLB SUBARU INSTALLED RECALLED WINDSHIELD WIPERS BACKWARDS My husband and I were annoyed when we drove home on a rainy afternoon after taking our Legacy to the dealer for recalled airbags and windshield wiper My husband and I were annoyed when we drove home on a rainy afternoon after taking our Legacy to the dealer for recalled airbags and windshield wiper motor replacement and discovered that one wiper blade was missing on the driver side. We could not clear the window at eye level, creating a dangerous situation. We called to let the service department know about the incomplete job they did. They offered to fix it if we came back, but it was not convenient for us to return. We went to our own mechanic the following weekend. A wiper blade hat should have taken a few minutes took over a half-hour until the mechanic finally realized that the wipers had been installed backwards: left on right and right on left. We expected a lot better service from our Subaru dealer. Obviously, the recall services are being done very hastily there. More
