I wanted to buy a car but they talked me i The last car experience I had was the worst one I ever had. After seeing over seven people, I leased a car. I wanted to buy a car but they talked me into leasing it. When I got the car home, the two important things I wanted were not there. I had to jump through hoops to get those installed. After this bad experience, it took me five months to "get back in the saddle" and begin looking for a new car to buy not lease. My sister and I went to the car show at Rockland Community College last month. We looked at several cars but when we met Gary from Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, he was genuine and I knew I would be calling him. A few weeks later, I did call Gary and went to see him. The best part is that there was no hard sell. After my meeting with just Gary, we went to see Paul, the Finance person who did not try to sell me lots of extras. It was a seamless experience and I got the exact car I wanted with all the bells and whistles. After owning this car for less than 24 hours, I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Gary and Paul and my next car will definitely be another Subaru. More

I met Howard Bonfield at the Rockland County Home Show and as soon as I said I was looking for a safe car, he took the time and care to point out every safety feature of a Subaru. He even supported the conversation with some compelling customer experiences. After our conversation, I was ready to schedule an appointment and test drive an Impreza the next day. I really appreciated the flexibility of Howard to meet the next day and work within my time constraints. At the dealership, I was promptly greeted and felt welcome. Howard knew what car and price point I was interested in and didn't waste any time. The test drive was useful and certainly helped sell the car (Howard said that would happen!). I didn't feel pressured at all and felt that I had all of the information to sign a lease that day. Howard took the time to answer of all my many questions and present the financial information clearly. I felt extremely comfortable leasing my first Impreza from Howard and the Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru dealership and feel that every experience in the future will be just as easy, informative and pleasant. First Subaru - ASK FOR HOWARD Walked into Bill Kolb Subaru just to look around, never having owned a Subaru or driven one.
