Not here. From the moment I contacted the dealership until I drove away, I felt catered to and cared for. I wasn't just another sale, but someone looking for the best possible vehicle they could afford. The prices are fixed, which means no awkward back and forth haggle and a wonder if you got the best deal. They also had an absolutely massive amount of used vehicles available. I worked with Howard Bonfield primarily, who was absolutely fantastic at every step of the way. I was coming from far away, and he had all the paperwork and documents ready for me to go so that I could have my trade-in appraised and sold, look at and drive the vehicle I was interested in, finance, register, title, and drive away in a little over two hours. He even helped me set up the bluetooth in the vehicle! I also worked with Paul Spiegel in finance, who walked me through all the options available to me for finance and a warranty I wanted to buy, and got me a rate far better than I thought I would get. Car buying can be a stressful and time consuming experience. That was not the case here. I received an exceptional deal, exemplary service, and I wish I wasn't so far away so that I could have my vehicle serviced here as well. I cannot recommend this place enough. More

I was convinced tha This is the second Subaru that I have leased from Bill Kolb Jr Subaru in the past year. The experience could not have been easier. I was convinced that I knew exactly what i wanted. Our salesman, Sam, helped me to realize that perhaps I did not need every bell and whistle that was offered. In the end, I drove out with a 2017 Impreza Hatchback and could not be happier. I love the feel of my car and yes, I am more than happy with the bells and whistles that I settled for. Sam Texler is a great salesman, but honest and forthcoming. Sam, as all the salesman at Bill Kolb Jr are on salary as opposed to commission. At no point did he pressure me into anything. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. More
