My minivan was literally falling apart, snow was falling and I had just slid down a hill into traffic with 4 kids in the vehicle. Wasting no time, I drove right over to Kolb's. I have friends who are part of the Subaru family and advised me that it was the perfect car for my lifestyle, they were right, all I needed was the right dealer to help me decide. ...that's where Howard comes in, I started out by saying I've been here before to test drive some cars already and would like to test drive some more...Howard's response with a smile "no problem". It was in that moment I knew I was in good hands. As our time together progressed he turned out to be a dream... knowledgable, witty, musically inclined, time efficient, trustworthy, a go getter & a getting it done-er...is that how you would describe a car salesman? hmmm? not normally? but for Howard you can! ...everything worked out well, he helped narrow down my choices, and I now have a new used '14 Outback that is perfect for my family.
